【摘要】:ThispartofISO20683isapplicabletotowbarlesstowingvehicles(TLTVs)interfacingwiththenose-landinggearofmain-lineciviltransportaircraftwithamaximumrampmassover50000kg(1100001b).TherequirementsforregionaltransportaircraftwithalowermaximumrampmassarespecifiedinISO20683-2.ItisnotapplicabletoTLTVswhichweremanufacturedbeforeitsdateofpublication.ThispartofISO20683specifiesgeneraldesignrequirements,testingandevaluationrequirements,maintenance,calibration,documentation,records,tracingandaccountabilityrequirementsinordertoensurethattheloadsinducedbythetowvehiclewillnotexceedthedesignloadsofthenosegearoritssteeringsystem,orreducethecertifiedsafelifelimitofthenosegear,orinduceastabilityproblemduringaircraftpush-backand/orgaterelocationormaintenancetowingoperations.ThispartofISO20683specifiesrequirementsandproceduresforTLTVsintendedforaircraftpush-backandgaterelocationormaintenancetowingonly.Itisnotintendedtoallowfordispatch(operational)towing(seeClause3).Dispatchtowingimposesgreaterloadsonnosegearsandaircraftstructureduetothecombinationofspeedandadditionalpassenger,cargo,andfuelloads.ThispartofISO20683doesnotapplytoTLTVsinterfacingwithaircraftmainlandinggear.NOTESeealsoinformativereferencesintheBibliography.
